Wheeler’s of St James’s is a collaboration between Marco Pierre White and Sir Rocco Forte, reviving the world’s oldest and finest fish restaurant in the heart of one of London’s most distinguished locations, Wheeler’s of St James’s is located on the site of Madame Prunier’s fish restaurant, one of the capital’s most fashionable eateries in the first half of the last century. We have reworked, updated and improved the classic seafood recipes of the original Wheeler’s brand, which has been in the capital since 1856. Our head chef Gary Hollihead, who has an impressive history ranging from the Savoy, L’Escargot and most recently The Grosvenor House Hotel in Dubai, has revamped the menu to include traditional dishes such as gravalax, Wheeler’s classic fish pie, fried haddock and triple cooked chips, oysters as well as a few meat options.
