About Bel Canto Restaurant With a new home at the Corus Hyde Park Hotel at Lancaster Gate, and already famous in Paris, the Bel Canto concept has found a new stage in London, combining opera and fine dining with an elegant twist. The young opera talent on the waiting staff come from London’s famous opera houses and local music schools. Bel Canto offers young professionals the chance to interact with the public, while performing arias from Verdi, Puccini, Mozart and more. At regular intervals during the evening, up to four of the performers will burst into song, whilst serving from Bel Canto’s delicious three course menu priced at £35 per person. Signature dishes include Slowly Braised British Lamb Shank with red pot sauce and Plancha Salmon Fillet, infused with green tea and served with mix vegetables and mash. The owners based Bel Canto on a love of opera music.
