Manager Hussein Ozer offers you the delicious Middle Eastern cuisine he recently showcased on BBC TV’s ‘Masterchef’. The best way to enjoy the menu is to order lots of different things to share with friends you’ve brought along and Sofra’s menus accommodate this dining experience perfectly. The menu is a mix of modern and traditional Turkish cuisine with hot and cold meze such as the Borek platter (a selection of potato & mince, spinach & feta, leek & feta filo pastry parcels), minced lamb patties or stuffed vine leaves. Among the main courses you’ll find dishes such as stewed lamb or chicken cooked in tomato sauce with smoked aubergines and nuts or marinated squid.
