Skinkers is centrally located in three arches underneath London Bridge Railway Station and next door to the London Dungeon. Skinkers’ splendid menu, inspired by head chef Mark Schlender, is changed monthly and contains only the finest quality fish, meat and vegetables reflecting the season. Skinkers British classics such as Bangers and mash or fish and chips are always available. In Skinkers’ large dining room, you can choose excellent char grilled steaks, Cumberland sausages, home-made fish cakes and vegetarian dishes from the classic menu. In addition to a wide variety of fine wines from the cellar, you can also enjoy specially selected clarets, Burgundy’s New World wines, and Davy’s own label quality house wines. Vintage Ports are decanted daily and available by the bottle and glass, and Skinkers also serves Davy’s Old Wallop.Restaurant Information
