The combination of Silk’s classic courtroom setting and innovative Asian-fusion cuisine offers a fine-dining experience with unique appeal. The 2009 Michelin-recommended restaurant, which in its former capacity as courtroom no. 1, witnessed the trials of Oscar Wilde, Mick Jagger and John Lennon, is now a destination for more culinary pursuits. Silk features an inspired seasonal menu of exotic pan-Asian flavours from across the ancient ‘Silk Route’.
