Sake No Hana – Japanese Restaurant – St James’s
About Sake No Hana
After the huge success of Hakkasan and Yauatcha, restaurateur Alan Yau was inspired to open Sake No Hana – a fine dining Japanese restaurant in perennially stylish St James’s. Following in the footsteps of Japanese izakaya sake bars with their traditional low seating, the chic decor is modern and minimalist, with sleek wooden tables, lacquered black surfaces and bamboo-lined walls. Recommended dishes include marinated lotus root & warm chunks of aubergine topped with a creamy sesame paste, stonkingly fresh sushi, satisfyingly crisp tempura, & silky grilled Chilean sea bass with miso. Sake No Hana will appeal to anyone yearning for a pure taste of Japan. Alternatively, you can enjoy the familiarity of the downstairs sushi bar.
