About Indali Lounge
The cuisine at Indali Lounge is described as The Art of Healty Living, and the whole ethos at Indali is about accentuating the healthy goodness in the high quality ingredients used in the kitchen. Indali cooking is slow and gentle, retaining the freshness and medicinal value of the herbs. Uniquely, no butter, ghee or cream is used in any of the dishes, instead only sparing amounts of sunflower and olive oils. Offering curry connoisseurs an alternative to traditional recipes that use heavy, high calorie ingredients, the Chefs at Indali use organic produce, probiotic yoghurts and spices with medicinal qualities to create exquisite healthy dishes without compromising on taste. To complement the modern menu, the interior is a sleek and sophisticated blend of dark wood, purple suede and shimmering beaded light fittings.
