Situated opposite Minster Court on Mincing Lane, with views of the stunning bronze horses guarding the entrance, Davy’s at Plantation Place combines a typically Victorian feel with some modern finishes both in the bar area and the dining room. The Davy’s at Plantation Place menu is well-balanced, offering a mix of notably healthy options and filling favourites. The steaks in particular are sourced from one of Scotland’s finest butchers, while other popular dishes include kiln-roast salmon with mixed leaves, sweet dill & cucumber; and char-grilled chicken breast on apricot & herb couscous. There is plenty of space to sit or stand whilst enjoying a good array of bar snacks and drinks. The wine list offers Davy’s typical fine wines and also features some Cru Classe Bordeaux, top Burgundies and a sensational vintage Port.
