At prices designed to appeal to diners looking for a regular eating haunt, Chapter One’s European inspired menu features dishes such as Velouté of butternut pumpkin & vanilla with a tortellini of spinach; Pan fried wild line caught seabass with lobster celeriac remoulade, trompette mushrooms & hazelnut emulsion; Roast red legged partridge with roasted jerusalem artichokes, damson purée & partridge jus; and Slow roast belly of rhug estate organic pork with choux croute, baby leeks, caramelised onions, salsify, apple & pork jus. All meals can be complemented with French, Italian and New World wines.
