Livebait’s simple philosophy for over 15 years has been based on fantastically fresh fish, and one that this informal and friendly Waterloo branch of the brasserie-style restaurant has mastered. Livebait Waterloo’s simple monochrome tiled interior doesn’t detract from the spectacular seafood on offer, including the popular Livebait Platter, a huge international dish of Nova Scotia lobster, Dorset crab, Madagascan crevettes, Atlantic prawns and Indian Ocean crevettes serving at least two diners. Its name derives from the original iconic structure of the 1951 Festival of Britain, Skylon has been designed to reflect the style of the renovated Royal Festival Hall with additional modern touches, such as bespoke chandeliers and surfaces of slate, walnut, and bronze.
