About Kazan – Victoria In 2002 Kazan Victoria opened its doors on Wilton Road, a short stroll from Victoria station. It immediately became popular among clientele who wanted to enjoy Turkish food in a genuine atmosphere. They have surpassed their goals by offering Kazan Victoria’s clientele a rich menu (some recipes dating from 500 years ago!) of authentic and enticing flavours, importing herbs and spicing from the great Anatolian region. The ambiance and décor of Kazan Victoria sets the scene for an authetic Ottoman eating experience, surrounding guests with ottoman relics, works of art and antique textiles brought personally by the brothers from various locations in Turkey. Highlights from Kazan Victoria’s menu include The Sultan’s Shish Kebabs – prime cut of lamb or chicken, marinated and cooked on the chargrill with vegetables; Grilled fillet of lamb rubbed with rosemary; King prawn, monkfish and atlantic black pearl scallops simmered with mediterranean vegetables and herbs in a regional tomato and white wine sauce served with giant bulgur; and Roasted aubergine stuffed with minced lamb and served with giant bulgar.
