Executive Head Chef Kevin Levett, formerly of Claridge’s in Mayfair and the InterContinental London Park Lane, has a straightforward vision for Artisan Grill, focused on using a wide variety of the finest quality produce available. From the Creekstone Corn Fed Striploin Steak to the Marinated Tiger Prawns, the splendid ingredients give each dish a distinct and natural flavour. Artisan Grill’s menu highlights include Roasted Sweetbreads, Black Pudding and Baby Apples; Creekstone Fillet of Beef, Parsnip Gratin, Wild Mushrooms, Sticky Shallots and a Horseradish Jus; Scottish Lobster, Buttered New Potatoes, Fresh Asparagus and Lobster Foam; and Sustainably Caught Swordfish Steak.
