A relaxed and informal restaurant overlooking the bustling Lobby Bar of the award-winning One Aldwych Hotel in Covent Garden, Indigo offers diners a creative and contemporary European menu in a splendid setting for laid-back meals with friends and family. Full of light and healthy dining options, Indigo’s menu highlights only the freshest organic produce. Start with the Cornish mackerel Escabèche or Colchester Crab Cocktail, before enjoying one of the main courses such as Rump and Shin of English Veal or Baked Cannelloni. You can also create your own salad from a variety of crisp, juicy ingredients before indulging in the range of decadent desserts including White Chocolate Panna Cotta and Strawberry Soup, as well as the Neal’s Yard Cheese Selection served with homemade herb and apple chutney. The weekend brunch is particularly popular and pre and post-theatre dinner menus are also available. Brunch on Sundays is also accompanied by a movie in the screening room and early evening drinks with canapés can be enjoyed on the balcony.
