About Plateau
Boasting dramatic views across the rooftops of Canary Wharf and futuristic décor, Plateau is a stunning light-filled restaurant. All the glamour of Manhattan and the buzz of a big city by day, while at night, the lights dim to offer a more intimate experience. With its modern British and European menu, Plateau has two distinct dining areas divided by a central semi-open view kitchen. Head Chef Tim Tolley has created dishes with exciting, unexpected combinations of the freshest natural produce. Popular highlights include diver caught scallop and prawn roulade, black sesame seed, celeriac puree; and Spice-crusted Shetland cod, curry artichoke, tamarind sauce.
