Diners at Bluebird enjoy a diverse mix of contemporary European food prepared in plain sight in the glass walled kitchen or the steel and stone and seafood bar. The recently renovated lounge bar offers the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the revamped cocktail list. Signature dishes include goats’ cheese pannacotta with dandelion & acacia honey dressing, sea bass with English asparagus & lemon thyme, and Sunday roasts (Middle White pork with duck fat potatoes) are firm favourites. At the weekend Bluebird is transformed into one of London’s top brunch venues, served from noon to 4pm. Enjoy a cold glass of beer or a restorative Bloody Mary, and browse a newspaper over one of the classic brunch dishes.
