Linger in its glass bar to sample a cocktail before settling into an Italian designer leather chair to browse their menu with starters such as Egg Benedict with London cured smoked salmon and poached egg on a toasted crumpet (£8). Mains showcase Britain's finest ingredients including Roasted Aylesbury duck breast with blackberry sauce (£13.50) or from the Grill, Rib of rare breed Yorkshire pork (£12.75), veggies have only one main such as a Tomato, basil and goats cheese tart (£11), though there is a stunning British Cheese Selection (£7) including Lancashire Black Stick and Yorkshire Swaledale Goat.
